Requesting Parish Records

If you are requesting parish records, i.e. Baptism, confirmation, wedding, for either St. Mary or St. Joseph Parish please email us at stmarywaltham@gmail.com. We ask for a $10 donation per search. If a record is found, then we will send the information to you.

Please include the following information: 

1) Person's name on the record

2) Date of birth for the person on the record 

3) Parish where the event occurred (St. Mary or St. Joseph)

4) Type of record you are requesting  

5) Date of the event 

6) Address where the document is to be sent 

7) Phone number in case we have questions
